Mumbai potters Market

We in mumbai are organising annual Mumbai Pottters Market at Coomaraswamy Hall, museum. Booking needs to be done by 10th January. A group of 20 potters can easily fit in this hall, 3 tables per potter (one front, one on either side)
We had looked at 3 days show, 31st october - 2 nd november, 1/2 day on 30th to put up the show.
So we need to pay for 3 and 1/2 days plus 25000, deposit. We need to pay 100% while booking. We will gat 75% refund if we cancel 2 months before the show. The amount will come to 1, 12,500/. so if we can have 20 participants, contributing 6500 each, we can book the venue.I think if everyone can respond in a weeks time with confirmation and deposit amount we can proceed with booking. As mentioned earlier cut off date is 10th jan. So please get back ASAP, If this works out well we can make it a Annual event for MUMBAI.
Potters from everywhere in India are welcome but its on first come basis.
We will need to find a sponsor for publicity. In the event that we dont, we need to hire a PR. In that case, total expense may go up to 10k per  potter. We have time,  so lets team up to organise sponsorship which can be a longstanding partnership.
